Add the MERRIS Pure Vegetable Oil and salt into the rice and cook in the same way as you would normal rice.
When the rice is cooked, wrap it up in the banana leaf and set aside.
Clean the fish and season it with some salt.
Fry the seasoned fish in MERRIS Pure Vegetable Oil. When cooked, remove the fish from heat and drain the oil.
In a pot, heat up a little oil and add in ginger garlic, shallot, chili boh, prawn paste, Iemongrass, Local Terung Aeam, Local Tomatoes and lastly add in the fish. Season it with some salt and sugar to taste.
Cook for another 3 minutes until the dish is cooked, remove from heat and serve together with the rice.
