1 rack of beef
Salt and Pepper to taste
0.5kg of Merris Red Palm Oil
- Coat the whole rack of beef with Merris Red Palm Oil.
- Season with Salt and Pepper and Rosemary Herbs.
- Grill over open fire, coat the rack with Merris Red Palm Oil every now and then to ensure even grilling. Grill to desired tenderness.
- Serve on a wooden chopping board.
