Salt and Pepper to taste
Rosemary herbs
0.5kg of Merris Red Palm Oil


  1. Coat the whole rack of beef with Merris Red Palm Oil.
  2. Season with Salt and Pepper and Rosemary Herbs.
  3. Grill over open fire, coat the rack with Merris Red Palm Oil every now and then to ensure even grilling. Grill to desired tenderness.
  4. Serve on a wooden chopping board.
